Job Overview

  • Admin Support Wireline Services at Baker Hughes.
  • We are the leader in well construction and production.
  • As an Admin Support, you will be responsible for supporting planning, forecasting, billing, and coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting planning and forecasting processes by maintaining accurate schedules and forecasts.
  • Assisting in billing and invoicing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintaining administrative control of job records, reports and documentation, customer related data.
  • Providing coordination support between service delivery teams, finance and billing teams, customers and external stakeholders.
  • Tracking and reporting key operational metrics (planning accuracy, billing status, backlog tracking).
  • Ensuring timely communication and follow up on operational and customer requests.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 5 years of experience in administrative support and coordination.
  • Experience in oil & gas / industrial services environment (added advantage).
  • Good knowledge of customer service principles.
  • SAP experience (preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiar with reporting dashboards (Power BI / Excel advanced functions preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, ability to work under pressure.
  • Team oriented with strong coordination mindset.
