Admin & Support Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily administrative and operational activities across departments.
• Track procurement and installation schedules for production machinery and project equipment.
• Liaise with Procurement, Engineering, Finance, Safety, and Food Safety and Hygiene teams.
• Maintain confidential personnel and departmental records with controlled information release.
• Track administrative tasks and project milestones through reporting and timeline monitoring.
• Support budget and cost control through expenditure records and procurement validation.
• Monitor TAS reports, vacation scheduling, and roster coordination for workforce planning.
• Support internal audits, training coordination, and food safety and hygiene action closure.
• Supervise junior administrative staff and ensure timely, quality completion of work.
• Coordinate staff engagement activities and departmental events.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is required.
• At least five years of experience in a relevant field is required.
• Experience in the hospitality or airline industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, is required.
• Attention to detail and accurate information analysis are required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• The role requires independent and collaborative working ability.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks are required.
