A confidential company in Doha is seeking an Admin/Recruiter to manage candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding. The role involves acting as the primary point of contact for candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining ATS data.

Requirements
- 2 5 years of experience in recruitment or administration
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills

Job Overview
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, addressing inquiries, scheduling interviews, and facilitating onboarding logistics.
Responsibilities
- Meticulously manage candidate data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates through various channels, building a robust talent pipeline for current and future needs.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and salary expectations, presenting a compelling employer brand.
- Coordinate and schedule complex interview loops, acting as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless process.
- Prepare and extend job offers, clearly communicating compensation, benefits, and start dates, and managing the negotiation process with professionalism.
- Assist with the pre employment screening process, including background checks and reference verification, to ensure candidate suitability.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies by gathering candidate feedback and identifying areas for enhancement.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor, representing our organization with integrity and enthusiasm to all potential hires.
