- Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning.
- Manage office facilities, maintenance, utilities, and vendor contracts.

- Ensure timely transportation of employees, goods, and equipment as required.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules, registrations, insurance, and compliance documentation.
- Optimize transport routes and fleet efficiency to reduce operational costs.
- Coordinate with external transport vendors and service providers.
- Track fuel consumption, vehicle expenses, and transportation budgets.
- Ensure adherence to traffic regulations, safety standards, and company transport policies.
- Investigate transport related incidents and implement corrective actions.
Team Management
- Supervise administrative, operational, and transportation staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide training and development support.
- Foster a positive work environment and ensure effective team collaboration.
