- Assist in maintaining day to day bookkeeping and accounting records

- Reconcile bank statements and petty cash on a regular basis
- Assist with VAT documentation and filing in compliance with UAE regulations
- Manage day to day office administration, including correspondence and filing
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
- Handle procurement of office supplies and maintain inventory records
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 1 3 years of relevant experience in accounting and/or administrative roles
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books)
- Basic knowledge of VAT and UAE accounting regulations
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English

Job Summary
- We are seeking a detail oriented and organized Admin cum Junior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day to day administrative tasks while supporting the finance team with basic accounting duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining day to day bookkeeping and accounting records
- Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Reconcile bank statements and petty cash on a regular basis
- Assist with data entry into accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems)
- Help prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports under supervision
- Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Assist with VAT documentation and filing in compliance with UAE regulations
- Support the finance team during internal and external audits
- Manage day to day office administration, including correspondence and filing
- Maintain and organize physical and digital records/documents
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1 3 years of relevant experience in accounting and/or administrative roles
- Experience in the UAE market is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar)
- Basic knowledge of VAT and UAE accounting regulations preferred
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced environment
- Trustworthy and able to handle confidential financial information
