About The Role
Leaders Training Centre is hiring a highly reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive **Training Officer** to manage the core operational backbone of our training delivery.
This is a **crucial and sensitive role** that directly impacts training quality, compliance with awarding bodies, student experience, and internal operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate must be extremely sharp, disciplined, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities with accuracy, ownership, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- **Manage student registrations, exam bookings, batch records, attendance, and documentation with full accuracy**
- Coordinate with awarding bodies (NEBOSH, PSI, etc.) ensuring strict compliance and timely submissions
- Handle exam processes, audits, document verification, and certificate issuance
- Maintain daily system accuracy (Zoho CRM, calendars, reports, tickets, and data updates)
- Monitor batch status, cancellations, attendance, and operational reporting
- Coordinate with trainers, sales, and operations teams for smooth daily execution
- Manage training recordings, private bookings, and official communication channels
- Oversee stock control, administrative documentation, and SOP compliance
- Ensure confidentiality, quality assurance, and operational control at all times

Requirements
- Previous experience in **training operations, administration, compliance, or coordination** preferred
- Excellent communication skills & Fluency in English
- Experience working with **awarding bodies** is a strong advantage
- Comfortable using CRM / ERP systems (Zoho experience preferred)
- Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR2,500.00 per month

- Are you comfortable with a gross monthly salary of QAR 2500?
