Responsibilities
- Lead all operational, leasing, tenant relations, facilities management, and administrative functions for a premium Grade A commercial property within DIFC
- Oversee leasing performance, occupancy management, contractor supervision, maintenance operations, and service delivery standards
- Ensure full compliance with DIFC regulations, UAE Free Zone requirements, property management policies, and operational best practices
- Manage budgets, contracts, procurement activities, stakeholder relationships, and initiatives that enhance tenant satisfaction and asset value
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate, Property Management, Leasing, and Building Operations
- Proven experience managing Grade A commercial towers, office buildings, business centers, or mixed use developments
- Strong knowledge of DIFC regulations, Free Zone operations, and commercial property compliance
- Experience in handling leasing, tenant management, facilities management, and contractor performance
- Strong financial management experience including budgeting, procurement, contracts, and service charges

Job Description
