- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal departments; schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements when required
- Maintain proper filing systems and records, support management with operational and administrative tasks, and monitor office supplies to ensure smooth office operations
Requirements
- Must have at least 2 years of experience as an Admin Assistant, Office Assistant, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) with the ability to multitask and work independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional attitude and appearance
- Well organized with strong attention to detail; experience in travel, tourism, or customer service is an advantage

Job Description
