Role Summary
The Admin Assistant supports the ITP Saudi office with administrative and operational activities.
The role supports office functions across ITP’s brands and coordinates with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
The position focuses on workflow management, accurate reporting, and smooth coordination.
Knowledge and Proficiency
- Provide administrative support involving documentation, scheduling, reporting, and general administration.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, booking forms, and contracts as directed by the sales team.
- Maintain accurate sales records, CRM updates, and client databases.
- Source, organize, and synthesize information from multiple systems and stakeholders.
- Support month-end closing, reporting, and revenue tracking.
- Assist with post-campaign reporting and analysis for advertisers and partners.
