Innovations Global seeks an Accounts Receivable Executive to manage customer accounts, handle collections, and support month-end closing and audit requirements. The role involves preparing aging reports, reconciling customer accounts, and coordinating with various teams on billing issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts and follow up on outstanding receivables
- Handle collections through email and telephone
- Prepare aging reports and collection updates
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations & Customer Service teams on billing issues
- Process and allocate customer receipts in the ERP system
- Track PDCs, payment commitments and follow-up actions
- Support month-end closing and audit requirements
- Verify and process customer invoices as per procedures
- Manage multiple events/projects while meeting collection targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable / Credit Control
- Experience with SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics
- Strong Excel, reconciliation and reporting skills
- Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills
- Good knowledge of UAE business practices and payment processes
