Role Overview
The Business Development Executive will drive sales of PRO and business support services across the UAE.
The role involves acquiring new clients, building relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
The position requires solid UAE market knowledge and proven experience in corporate services sales.
Compensation
- The package is AED 10,000 to AED 12,000 per month plus commission.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business for PRO and corporate services, including visa processing, company formation, government liaison, and license renewals.
- Develop leads for HR, payroll, and recruitment outsourcing services.
- Build a sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, referrals, and partnerships.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Stay updated on UAE regulations and market trends.
- Prepare basic sales reports and forecasts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of UAE sales or business development experience.
- Experience in PRO or corporate services is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven and self-motivated approach.
- Knowledge of UAE labour and immigration processes is a plus.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
