Role Overview
The HR Administrator will manage time and attendance processes and related HR operational activities.
The role focuses on accurate, compliant workforce data and proactive resolution of attendance discrepancies.
Compensation and Contract
- Salary is AED 3,000 to AED 5,000 per month.
- The contract duration is four months.
- The posting requests profiles with a sponsor visa.
Schedule
- The role requires working five or six days per week depending on business requirements.
- The stated date of joining is 14 September 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage blue-collar employee timesheets and perform overtime calculations.
- Administer biometric registrations, updates, troubleshooting, and document verification.
- Monitor attendance, investigate discrepancies, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Create Excel reports, analyze attendance trends, and highlight irregularities.
- Coordinate with departments, agencies, and HR-related stakeholders on workforce matters.
- Support managers with attendance insights and maintain accurate data flow across HR, Payroll, Finance, and Procurement.
