- Review, validate, and process vendor invoices through SAP Ariba and SAP FI
- Verify invoice details against purchase orders, goods receipts, contracts, and supporting documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls
- Process non PO and FI invoices with appropriate coding and account assignment
- Resolve invoice discrepancies by coordinating with vendors, procurement teams, and business units
- Monitor and manage invoice workflow queues for timely approvals and payments
- Perform three way matching where applicable
- Support month end and year end closing activities related to accounts payable
- Reconcile vendor statements and investigate outstanding items
- Assist with internal and external audits
Requirements
- 3 5 years of experience in accounts payable
- Experience with SAP Ariba and SAP FI modules
- Knowledge of accounting standards and internal controls

Job Overview
