- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and account reconciliations
- Support month end and year end closing activities
- Maintain organized financial records and filing systems
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial documentation
- Assist with VAT documentation and ensure compliance with UAE regulations

Overview
- We are seeking a detail oriented and organized Female Accounts Assistant to support our finance team with daily accounting operations.
- The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple financial tasks while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day to day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Record financial transactions accurately in the accounting system.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
