About the Role
A confidential company in Dubai is hiring an Accounts Assistant to process payroll, maintain employee records, and support accounting operations. The role includes bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
- Maintain complete employee records, including salary details, attendance, overtime, leave records, and other payroll related documentation
- Coordinate with management regarding payroll adjustments, deductions, reimbursements, and employee related payroll matters
- Ensure compliance with UAE payroll and labor regulations
- Assist in maintaining daily accounting records, including invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries
- Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor accounts payable and receivable
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Prepare financial reports and assist in financial analysis to support management decision making
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
Requirements
- Experience in payroll processing and accounting
- Knowledge of UAE payroll and labor regulations
- Proficiency in maintaining accounting records and financial reports
