Job Summary

Position Facts

• This is a permanent full-time position requiring 35 hours per week.
• The salary range is $25.99 to $31.19 per hour.
• The expected start date is October 2026.
• The position is located in Lakeshore.

Accounts Payable

• Review and match invoices with requisition forms and verify required approvals.
• Code invoices and prepare program allocations as instructed by supervisors, managers, or directors.
• Process weekly cheque runs, obtain signatures, distribute cheques, and file documents.
• Process EFT and other online payments.
• Maintain monthly accounts payable aging lists and current accounts payable records.
• Investigate questionable accounts payable invoices.
• Manage and reconcile employee use of LAMP credit cards.

Accounts Receivable and Finance

• Prepare bank deposits, secure funds, code accounts accurately, and investigate deposit questions.
