Responsibilities
- Collect historical data from target entities and prepare analytical studies for budget ceiling
- Prepare notification letters of the ceiling set by the Supreme Committee for Financial Policy
- Receive draft budgets from government departments and analyze them within specified timeframes
- Communicate with government entities regarding proposed and approved budgets
- Respond to inquiries from government departments about budget preparation
- Enter the approved budget into the accounting system and distribute it across accounting items
- Prepare the consolidated draft budget for government departments
- Receive requests for additional appropriations and transfers and analyze related data
- Notify the concerned entity of approval for transfers and additional appropriations
- Receive monthly reports from government entities and prepare periodic analytical reports on actual budget expenditure
- Provide data for studies and projects to develop the budget and improve performance
- Submit periodic reports on work progress, obstacles, and suggestions for improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Financial Sciences, Accounting, or related field
- 0 years of experience for Bachelor's holders
- Professional certifications in the field are a plus

- حصر البيانات التاريخية الخاصة بالجهات المستهدفة وإعداد الدراسات التحليلية بهدف إعداد سقف الموازنة المقترحة
- إعداد رسائل الإبلاغ عن السقف المحدد من اللجنة العليا للسياسة المالية الى جميع الدوائر الحكومية والمخاطبات الموجهة لها
- استلام مسودة الموازنات المقترحة من الدوائر الحكومية المدرجة ضمن نطاق عمل الوحدة وتحليلها وفق الأطر الزمنية المحددة والتوصية بخصوص أي تجاوز للموازنة المقترحة
- التواصل مع الجهات الحكومية بشأن الموازنات المقترحة والمعتمدة، ومتابعة تنفيذ القوانين والتعاميم المتعلقة بالموازنة
- الرد على استفسارات الدوائر الحكومية وفقاً للتوجيهات المعتمدة بخصوص عملية إعداد الموازنات السنوية بمختلف الوسائل المتاحة وإعداد رسائل الإبلاغ عن الموازنة بعد إعتمادها نهائياً مرفقاً بها التأشيرات العامة والخاصة
- إدخال الموازنة المعتمدة على النظام المحاسبي وتوزيع الموازنة المعتمدة على البنود المحاسبية
- إعداد مسودة الموازنة التجميعية للدوائر الحكومية ضمن نطاق الاختصاص الوظيفي ورفعها لرئيس الوحدة
- إستلام طلبات الاعتماد الإضافي واجراءات المناقلة الواردة من الدوائر وتوفير كافة البيانات المرتبطة بها وتحليل مختلف البيانات والاشتراطات المرتبطة بها
- إخطار الجهة المعنية بالموافقة على المناقلة والاعتماد الاضافي بعد أخذ الموافقات اللازمة بهذا الشأن
- إستلام التقارير الشهرية من الجهات الحكومية وإعداد التقارير والدراسات التحليلية الدورية الخاصة بالصرف الفعلي للموازنة وربطها بتأشيرات تنفيذ الموازنة واقتراح التوصيات بشأنها وإرسال التوصيات والملاحظات عليها
- توفير البيانات اللازمة لإعداد الدراسات والمشاريع الخاصة بتطوير الموازنة وتحسين الأداء والمساهمة في إعدادها
- رفع تقارير دورية عن تقدم سير العمل وبيان المعوقات والتحديات التي واجهت عمليات التنفيذ وأساليب معالجتها وتقديم المقترحات لتطوير اجراءات العمل
المؤهلات العلمية وسنوات الخبرة
- العلوم المالية أو المحاسبية أو أي تخصصات ذات علاقة
- (0) سنة خبرة لحملة البكالوريوس أو ما يعادله
- شهادات مهنية متخصصة في مجال الاختصاص الوظيفي (إضافية)
