Requirements
- Candidates with a Bachelors degree in Accounts with more than 5 years of experience in Construction, Joinery or Fit out industry.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing financial records, project accounting, cost control, budgeting, accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger accounts.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor project costs and budgets for interior fit out projects.
- Prepare project cost reports and variance analysis.
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Prepare and submit VAT returns and other statutory filings.
Salary
- Salary: AED 8,000 AED 10,000
