Job Purpose
The role supports operational and development targets through team coordination, resource management, reporting, problem resolution, process quality, and compliance.
Academic Qualification and Experience
- A bachelor's degree in accounting and finance is required.
- The position requires 2 to 5 years of work experience.
Technical and Functional Competencies
- Analytical thinking, communication, creativity, initiative, MS Office, report writing, teamwork, time management, organization, and the ability to work under pressure are listed competencies.
Role Accountability
- Train subordinates and help form an effective team.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates.
- Delegate assignments and ensure fair distribution of tasks.
- Perform planned activities to meet operational and development targets within delivery schedules.
- Use resources effectively to achieve objectives within cost and time requirements.
- Provide periodic reports detailing deviations and execution of planned tasks.
- Resolve related problems and escalate complex operational issues.
- Ensure quality requirements and effective quality-control processes are developed.
- Coordinate written systems, policies, procedures, and automation opportunities.
- Comply with relevant policies, procedures, work instructions, and safety controls.
