Role Overview
Supports the Finance Department by maintaining accurate financial records and processing accounting transactions.
Assists with month-end closing, financial reporting, compliance, and daily accounting functions.
Financial Accounting and Bookkeeping
- Record daily financial transactions in the ERP system.
- Prepare journal entries and post them accurately to general ledger accounts.
- Reconcile bank, supplier, customer, and intercompany balances.
- Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
- Ensure proper accounting documentation for all financial transactions.
Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and supporting documents.
- Process vendor payments and reconcile supplier statements.
- Resolve payment discrepancies with vendors and internal departments.
- Generate customer invoices and monitor receivable balances.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and support collection activities.
- Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies.
