- Reconcile client bank statements and maintain accurate bookkeeping records
- Manage income and expenditure accounts to ensure proper financial tracking
- Prepare financial reports based on accounting data and business activities

- Support the implementation, management, and optimization of accounting software systems
- Work with QuickBooks Online to manage client accounting activities and reporting processes

- Support both non profit and for profit organizations with their accounting needs
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in accounting, finance, or related field
- Hands on experience with QuickBooks Online
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping, financial reporting, and accounting processes
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and client focused mindset

Requirements

- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
