Responsibilities
- Participate in preparing, supervising, and implementing the Finance Department's business plan
- Review all financial and accounting transactions to ensure accuracy and proper supporting documentation
- Manage, maintain, and improve the accounting system (Focus ERP)
- Supervise periodic inventory counts and chair the annual inventory count committee
- Prepare monthly financial reports and maintain supporting schedules
- Manage company cash balances and maintain relationships with banks
Requirements
- Focus ERP system experience is a must
- Arabic language is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Experience in high volume trading or distribution businesses
- Experience managing accounting operations for 100+ active dealers/customers with credit facilities
- Experience managing accounting for 1,000+ inventory items (SKUs)

Job Summary
- The Accounts Manager is responsible for managing all accounting operations and financial reporting functions of a high volume trading organization.
- Requires extensive experience in a high volume trading environment with 100+ active dealers/customers operating on credit facilities and more than 1,000 inventory SKUs.
- Must possess strong hands on experience with Focus ERP and be capable of leading the accounting team.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Participate in preparing, supervising, and implementing the Finance Department's business plan.
- Direct departmental activities in line with company strategies and policies.
- Review all financial and accounting transactions to ensure accuracy and proper supporting documentation.
- Define job descriptions for finance staff and obtain management approval.
- Promote teamwork within the department.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely financial information.
- Manage, maintain, and improve the accounting system (Focus ERP).
- Coordinate with the software provider regarding enhancements.
- Train users on the system as required.
- Manage user access rights and permissions.
- Review supplier invoices and supporting documentation, including customs and clearance documents.
- Coordinate approval and payment of suppliers.
Required Qualifications
- Focus ERP system experience is a must.
- Arabic language is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- High volume trading or distribution businesses.
- Managing accounting operations for 100+ active dealers/customers with credit facilities.
- Managing accounting for 1,000+ inventory items (SKUs).
