Job Description
- As an Account Manager, youll be visiting our customers, wherever theyre busy working, to find out how we can help them.
- You could find yourself on construction sites and nuclear plants or in offices and warehouses.
- Ours is a model of professional, consultative selling and its a really hands on job.
- It means rolling up your sleeves to demonstrate some of the most pioneering products in the industry, while selling our state of the art software along with all the services and aftercare that come with the Hilti name.
What Does the Role Involve?
- Visiting customers on construction sites, nuclear plants, offices, and warehouses
- Demonstrating products and selling software and services
- Building relationships with customers and finding innovative solutions
- Managing own book of business and reporting to regional sales manager
What You Need Is
- Proficiency in English written and verbal
- Speaking Hindi, Urdu, or Malayalam is an advantage
- Bachelor/ Master Engineering degree (Civil/ Structural/ Mechanical)
- 1 2 years professional sales experience
- Experience in Construction industry, site experience is a must
- Ability to thrive both independently and in a team environment
- Demonstrated the ability to activate new customer relationships
- Excellent time management skills
- To be persuasive, sales driven, customer focused, and a team player
- Showcase strong commitment and discipline
- Valid UAE drivers License
- Currently living in Abu Dhabi, or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi from within the UAE
