Job Summary
Manage client accounts, maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams.
Location and Employment
- The role is located in Sharjah.
- Employment type is full-time.
- Work location is in person.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, reports, and account-related documents.
- Follow up on payments and outstanding balances.
- Coordinate with sales, finance, and operations teams.
- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Handle client concerns and resolve issues professionally.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in account management or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
