Job Summary
Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial records.
Work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Process purchase bills, credit notes, and payments in Zoho Books.
- Perform bank and cash reconciliations on a regular basis.
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Follow up on outstanding customer payments and vendor balances.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and internal departments when required.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience.
- Strong practical experience with Zoho Books is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Compensation
- The description states pay of AED 4,000–5,000 per month.
