Responsibilities
- Grow business with channel partners in the Maghreb region, driving towards a sales target
- Establish and lead close working relationships with senior collaborators of distributors, retail partners, and telco operators
- Develop comprehensive account plans aligned with partner strategies and Apple's footprint
- Manage reliable forecasts and ensure disciplined use of Apple sales forecasting tools
- Plan and agree quarterly sales, marketing, and in store activities with channel partners
- Analyze opportunities in relevant channels and develop strategies to address coverage or quality issues
- Implement marketing programs online and offline as prescribed by Apple
- Work with Apple training team to ensure high standard of sales staff
Requirements
- Experience as an Account Executive for a mobile device or HW company
- Telecom experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Fluency in French and English
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience in consultative selling and developing channel growth strategies

- Demonstrate deep understanding of market trends and retail channel; develop comprehensive account plans.
- Understand market and stores on a deep level, spending time in doors and sharing insights to management.
- Act as professional business personnel to develop and manage reliable forecast and use Apple sales forecasting tools.
- Plan and agree with channel partners on quarterly sales, marketing, and in store activities.
- Work closely with cross functional teams on forecasts and influence product supply.
- Analyze opportunities in relevant channels and develop strategies to address coverage or quality executions.
- Implement marketing programs online and offline as prescribed by Apple.
- Work with Apple training team to ensure high standard of sales staff.
Preferred Qualifications
- Years of experience as an Account Executive for a mobile device or HW company.
- Telecom experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in Moroccan Arabic is a plus.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Unwavering tenacity and ability to have great control over the channel.
- Willingness to be in market on a monthly basis.
- Experience in consultative selling and developing channel growth strategies with partners.
- Fluency in French and English.
