Responsibilities
- Grow the business with channel partners who distribute and resell Apple products in the Maghreb region, driving towards a sales target.
- Establish and lead close working relationship with senior collaborators of distributors, retail partners & telco operators.
- Demonstrate deep understanding of market trends, retail channel and develop comprehensive account plans.
- Understand the market and stores on a deep level, spending time in doors and sharing insights to management.
- Act as a professional business personnel to develop and manage a reliable forecast and ensure disciplined use of Apple sales forecasting tools.
- Plan and agree with Channel Partners on quarterly sales, marketing and in store activities, targets and reviews.
- Work closely with cross functional teams on forecasts and influence product supply to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Analyze opportunities in relevant channels and develop strategies to address coverage or quality execution issues.
- Implement marketing programs online & offline, as prescribed by Apple.
- Work with the Apple training team to ensure team sales staff are of the highest standard and quality.
Requirements
- Years of experience as an Account Executive for a mobile device or HW company
- Telecom experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Fluency in French and English
- Experience in consultative selling and developing channel growth strategies with partners
- Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Willingness to be in market on a monthly basis

Preferred Qualifications
- Years of experience as an Account Executive for a mobile device or HW company.
- Telecom experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in Moroccan Arabic is a plus.

- Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Unwavering tenacity and ability to have great control over the channel.
- Willingness to be in market on a monthly basis.
- Experience in consultative selling and developing channel growth strategies with partners.
- Fluency in French and English.
