- Identify and qualify potential restaurant partners through outbound research, calls, and digital outreach
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads using CRM and sales tools
- Conduct market research to understand customer segments, trends, and competitive landscape
- Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract signature
- Deliver tailored product demos and presentations based on client needs
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals efficiently
- Collaborate with Implementation and Revenue Operations teams for seamless post sale handover
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers across target accounts
- Maintain consistent follow ups and nurture prospects throughout the sales cycle
- Represent Supy in client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate and up to date records of pipeline, activities, and deal stages in the CRM
Requirements
- 2 5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within F&B, hospitality, or SaaS
- Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle end to end
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Self motivated and target driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
