- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and deliver appropriate solutions
- Foster long term relationships with customers by exceeding expectations
- Manage online accounts and support all queries and sales orders related issues
Requirements

Job Responsibilities & Tasks
