Job Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Attract potential customers by recommending tailored solutions and products within the sales process framework.
  • Reach out to businesses via telephone to promote and sell goods or services, providing detailed product explanations and addressing customer inquiries.
  • Manage online customers by offering support as needed with orders, quotations, deliveries, and related inquiries.
  • Motivate and assist technically equipped customers in utilizing the enterprise customer portal to place orders, reorders, and manage online payments.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Identify customer needs, clarify any information, research issues, and deliver appropriate solutions.
  • Foster long term relationships with customers by going above and beyond to exceed expectations.
  • Manage online accounts and support on all queries and sales orders related issues.

  • Internal: B2B Ecommerce Account Management Strategic Marketing Product Management
  • External: Customers.

Required Job Qualifications & Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in either Business, Marketing or Communications preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office. Familiar with CRM systems and practices.
  • Customer orientation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Telephone sales skills
