- Record and maintain day to day accounting transactions
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and journal entries
- Reconcile bank statements, customer accounts, and supplier accounts
- Assist in monthly and year end closing activities
- Process payments and follow up on receivables
- Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documentation
- Support audits and ensure compliance with company policies
- Perform other accounting and finance related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Accounts Executive
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Jewellery industry accounting experience is an added advantage
