Responsibilities
- Source and evaluate new investment opportunities aligned with the family's mandate
- Build and maintain relationships with private banks, placement agents, and advisors
- Construct robust financial models and perform bespoke analysis
- Oversee and edit investment memorandums and due diligence reports
- Monitor portfolio performance and flag risks
- Conduct deep dive research on target companies and sectors
- Prepare high quality investment reports and presentations
- Support the CIO on budgeting and capital allocation
Requirements
- Experience in investment origination and execution
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with private banks and advisors
- Experience with due diligence and transaction documentation
- Knowledge of UAE and GCC markets

Investment Origination & Execution
- Source and evaluate new investment opportunities across private equity, real assets, listed markets, and structured products
- Build and maintain relationships with private banks, placement agents, and advisors in the UAE
- Construct robust financial models and perform bespoke analysis for investment decisions
- Oversee and edit investment memorandums, due diligence reports, and transaction documentation
- Provide end to end analytical support for debt and equity transactions
Portfolio Monitoring & Asset Management
- Monitor and assess portfolio performance, flagging risks and tracking KPIs
- Analyze and execute asset management strategies for UAE and regional real estate holdings
- Evaluate exit opportunities and timing for existing portfolio positions
Research, Diligence & Reporting
- Conduct deep dive research on target companies, sectors, and country markets
- Develop financial forecasting models and scenario analyses for stress testing
- Prepare high quality investment reports and presentations for principal review
- Perform financial and commercial due diligence on acquisition targets
Relationship Management & Family Office Support
- Leverage private banking networks to originate proprietary deal flow
- Act as liaison between family office and external parties
- Support CIO on budgeting, capital allocation, and strategic planning
- Maintain transparent reporting with CIO and stakeholders
- Collaborate with legal, tax, and admin teams for transaction execution
