Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Jewellery Sales Executive role based in Dubai, designed for fresh graduates.
- The role involves welcoming and engaging customers, understanding their preferences, and presenting suitable jewellery pieces while providing accurate product information.
- The Sales Executive will support day to day showroom operations, including arranging displays, maintaining product presentation standards, and assisting in stock handling.
- Responsibilities also include processing sales transactions, issuing receipts, and adhering to company policies and procedures.
- The role offers training and guidance from experienced team members, with opportunities to learn about product ranges, market trends, and customer relationship management.
Qualifications
- Ability to understand and communicate basic concepts related to Jewelry Design and Fashion Jewelry, with an interest in current trends and styles.
- Strong Customer Service skills, including active listening, clear communication, and a friendly, professional approach to clients.
- Willingness to learn and perform basic jewellery Polishing and handling, maintaining product quality and showroom standards.
- Openness to Training, with a proactive attitude toward learning product knowledge, sales techniques, and showroom procedures.
- Fresh graduate (any discipline); a background in business, retail, fashion, or design is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Fluency in English; additional languages commonly spoken in the region (such as Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu) are an added benefit.
- Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast paced retail environment, including weekends and peak seasons.
- Legally eligible to work in the UAE and able to commute to the Dubai showroom location on a daily basis.
