Overview
Maintain premises in line with DM standard, guide lines and standard of Corporate HSE
Assist Operations to ensure that employees at Muhaisnh 1 & 2 Accommodation have a comfortable stay.
Ensure safety and security in the camp by judicious deployment of security
Maintain physical record of assets and inventory items in the accommodation.
Undertake regular rounds of the camp, daily review of the Occurrence book and take appropriate action where required while ensuring employees follow all rules and regulations.
Monitor, assist and train accommodation staff, so they discharge duties effectively as per the job requirement.
Update necessary documentation regularly and maintain all relevant records as per IMS and assists Auditor during audits
Prepare maintenance job requisition and follow-up till completion of job.
Maintain better working relations with area Inspectors, for constant improvement of the premises
Maintain the property as per regulations laid down by Dubai Municipality
Responsible for appointing maintenance staff to perform necessary tasks for day-to-day management of the residential facility.
Responsible for reporting to the health authorities the eruption of any contagious diseases, food poisoning and other important casualties.
Understand and implement the company safety policies and procedures as described in the Dulsco integrated management system
Will be accountable and responsible for duties as described in the HSE roles and responsibilities document of IMS
