Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Provide academic counseling and guidance to students regarding educational pathways, subject selection, and study options.
- Support students in choosing appropriate secondary school courses and university programs based on their interests, strengths, and career aspirations.
- Develop and monitor individualized academic plans to help students achieve their educational goals.
- Advise students and parents on university admissions requirements, application procedures, enrollment processes, and scholarship opportunities.
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address academic concerns and educational planning needs.
- Monitor students’ academic progress and provide recommendations and intervention strategies where necessary.
- Coordinate and organize university visits, education fairs, career exploration events, and higher education awareness activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, colleges, and educational institutions.
- Arrange presentations, workshops, and information sessions with university representatives for students and parents.
- Guide students through university application, admission, and enrollment processes, ensuring deadlines and requirements are met.
- Research and communicate local and international higher education opportunities, academic pathways, and scholarship programs.
- Collaborate with school leadership, teachers, parents, and external educational partners to support student success.
