Key Responsibilities
- Own the operational health and reliability of abatement systems supporting semiconductor process equipment.
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance strategies.
- Monitor equipment performance and drive reliability improvements.
- Maintain system documentation, operating procedures, and maintenance records.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on burn-wet, plasma, and point-of-use abatement systems.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, process, and controls-related failures.
- Coordinate repairs with OEMs and external suppliers.
- Lead root cause investigations for recurring failures.
- Ensure environmental, health, and safety compliance.
- Support equipment integration, new tool installations, and facility modification projects.
- Handle hazardous exhaust gases and process by-products safely.
- Analyze performance trends, improve MTBF, reduce downtime, and optimize spare management costs.
