- Deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy sessions as per treatment plans
- Work closely with children to develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
- Implement behavior intervention strategies under the guidance of supervisors and specialists
- Monitor, record, and report the child's progress accurately
- Assist in managing the child's daily routines and ensure their overall well being
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve therapy goals
- Maintain professional and ethical standards at all times
Requirements
- ABAT (Applied Behavior Analysis Technician) Certification is mandatory
- Bachelor's Degree in Special Education or a related field
- Previous experience working with children with special needs is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, caring, and passionate about supporting child development
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation and reports
- Tagalog speaking candidates are preferred

Job Summary

- Salary: AED 5,000 – AED 6,000 per month
