3PL Region Manager- MENA

The 3PL Region Manager acts as the high-level "bridge" between iHerb and its external logistics providers across a specific geographic territory, responsible for daily operations and coordination with our partners and internal stakeholders.

Heavy operations management experience is required.

+ Own day-to-day performance of 3PL partners across assigned region

+ Ensure SLA/KPI adherence (inbound, fulfillment, inventory accuracy, returns)

+ Lead labor and space planning with 3PLs to support promotions and peak periods

While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to talk and hear.

The Team Member is frequently required to stand, walk, climb stairs, use hands and fingers, bend, stoop and reach with hands and arms.

Reaching above shoulder heights, below the waist or lifting as required to store materials throughout the work day.

The Team Member may occasionally lift or move materials and products up to 25 pounds.

Proper lifting techniques required.

The role is based in the UAE to oversee operations in South Dubai as well as a facility outside of Riyadah.

Travel is expected between the two sites as needed to support both facilities appropriately.
