- Produce high end, photo realistic 3D visuals for luxury residential spaces
- Apply accurate lighting, materials, and textures consistent with approved mood boards
- Deliver layered PSD outputs meeting luxury rendering standards
- Create cinematic walkthroughs or animations for client presentations
- Translate 2D drawings and references into accurate 3D models
- Coordinate with 2D, FF&E, and Relationship Manager teams
- Ensure accuracy in scale, joinery details, ceiling and MEP elements
- Maintain clear file naming and version control
- Follow draft → pre final → final review cycle
- Optimize scenes and render pipelines for speed and quality
Requirements
- Proven experience in high end 3D visualization for luxury interiors
- Proficiency in rendering software and Photoshop
- Strong portfolio demonstrating photo realistic work
- Ability to work collaboratively with design teams

Role Overview
- Produce high end, photo realistic 3D visuals for luxury residential spaces including majlis, living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, dressing areas, and circulation spaces.
- Apply accurate lighting, materials, and textures consistent with approved mood boards, material palettes, and EVA’s visual identity.
- Deliver layered PSD outputs and ensure all visuals meet EVA’s luxury rendering standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Create cinematic walkthroughs or animations when required for client presentations.
- Translate 2D drawings, sketches, and references into accurate 3D models aligned with design intent.
- Coordinate closely with 2D, FF&E, and Relationship Manager teams to ensure concept and client requirements are precisely represented.
- Adapt visuals based on feedback from the Head of Design, Relationship Manager, and Client — while maintaining brand integrity.
- Ensure accuracy in scale, joinery details, ceiling and MEP elements to support execution feasibility.
- Organize model structures logically (layers, materials, assets) to support design documentation and fit out collaboration.
- Maintain clear file naming and version control across all projects per EVA’s workflow standard.
- Follow EVA’s standard draft → pre final → final review cycle.
- Commit to project timelines with a high level of accountability, managing feedback cycles efficiently.
- Optimize scenes and render pipelines for both speed and quality; coordinate with internal servers or render farms when applicable.
- Reflect EVA’s luxury brand signature — sophisticated mood, balance of natural and artificial lighting, and realism in materials and finishes.
- Ensure all visuals align with EVA’s presentation identity (color palette, frame ratios, watermarking, delivery format).
Collaboration
- Join design review sessions with the Head of Design, Relationship Managers, or clients (virtually or in person).
