- Work closely with Designers, Project Managers, and Planning Engineers to ensure design intent aligns with project execution
- Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables; proactively identify risks and ensure timely resolution
- Support the technical and commercial teams in preparing proposals, design revisions, and contractual documents
- Develop and maintain long term client relationships, identifying opportunities for repeat business and cross selling
- Contribute to proposal writing, RFP responses, and tender submissions
- Guide junior Relationship Managers and support staff in managing client portfolios
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or Business Administration (master’s preferred)
- 7–10 years of proven experience in client facing roles within the interior design, architecture, or construction industry
- Strong understanding of design processes, project delivery cycles, and commercial terms in the UAE market
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Hands on experience in 3D visualization
- Arabic language is an advantage
- Exposure to design software (AutoCAD, 3D Max, Revit) is a plus

Role Overview
- EVA Interiors is seeking a highly creative and client focused Relationship Manager – Luxury Interior Design to join our growing Dubai studio.
- This role is ideal for a passionate interior design professional with proven experience in luxury residential interiors and a strong background in 3D visualization and design presentation.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing clients throughout the design journey, transforming their vision into exceptional luxury living spaces while ensuring an outstanding client experience.
- The ideal candidate combines excellent communication and relationship building skills with refined design aesthetics, conceptual thinking, and the ability to create compelling mood boards and guide projects from concept through design approval.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience

- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and exposure to design software (AutoCAD, 3D Max, Revit) is a plus.
