- Prepare detailed FF&E documentation including bills of quantities, item specifications, and supplier references
- Present FF&E packages to clients and manage approval process
- Coordinate with Procurement, Design, and Project teams to ensure alignment
- Maintain project documentation in company system (Teamwork) within 24 hours
Requirements
- Experience in FF&E design for high end residential projects
- Ability to develop complete FF&E documentation including bills of quantities and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in design software and documentation tools

Position Overview
- The FF&E Designer sits within the Design Department and reports to the Head of Design.
- Role is based in Dubai, full time, execution focused, delivering FF&E scope across multiple high end residential projects.
- Fully accountable for quality, accuracy, and readiness of all FF&E deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand approved concept, moodboards, and client requirements; align with Head of Design and design team.
- Develop complete selection of furniture, lighting, accessories, and related materials reflecting design intent.
- Evaluate selections for suitability, market availability, and alignment with client expectations.
- Validate costs in coordination with Procurement or suppliers to ensure FF&E package stays within budget.
- Prepare complete and detailed FF&E documentation including bills of quantities, item specifications, datasheets, material descriptions, and supplier references.
- Present FF&E package to client in a clear and professional manner; manage approval process and track feedback.
- Document and maintain all work in company system (Teamwork) within 24 hours.
- Hand over complete and execution ready package to Procurement upon final client approval.
- Support Procurement during sourcing and purchasing stage by providing clarifications.
- Maintain close coordination with Design, Procurement, and Project teams throughout project lifecycle.
