Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Ensure timely, professional, and brand aligned responses in Arabic and English
- Identify potential client inquiries and escalate qualified leads internally
- Assist in scheduling and publishing content across platforms
- Support execution of the monthly content calendar
- Assist in capturing short form videos, behind the scenes content, and site visuals
- Draft captions and short form content in Arabic and English
- Review visuals before posting to ensure brand alignment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or related field
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Strong writing and copywriting skills in both languages
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Good understanding of social media platforms and engagement behavior
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks

About the Role
- We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Community & Social Media Intern to support the day to day management of EVA Interiors digital presence
- Ideal for someone who combines strong communication skills, visual sensitivity, and content awareness, with a genuine interest in luxury branding, interior design, and digital engagement
- You will gain hands on experience across community management, content creation, and social media execution while contributing to real projects and campaigns
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Ensure timely, professional, and brand aligned responses in Arabic and English
- Identify potential client inquiries and escalate qualified leads internally
- Maintain consistent tone of voice aligned with EVA’s brand
- Track FAQs and suggest improvements to communication templates
- Assist in scheduling and publishing content across platforms
- Support execution of the monthly content calendar
- Ensure captions, hashtags, and tagging align with strategy
- Monitor engagement trends and share performance insights
- Support occasional weekend posting based on campaign need
- Assist in capturing short form videos, behind the scenes content, and site visuals
- Support filming during events, site visits, and photoshoots
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or related field
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Strong writing and copywriting skills in both languages
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Good understanding of social media platforms and engagement behavior
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Willingness to occasionally support content posting outside standard hours
Internship Details
- Location: Dubai, UAE (On site)
- Duration: 6 months (extendable)
- Monthly allowance provided
- Potential for full time employment based on performance
