The Battalion Supply Lead manages aviation supply operations supporting OPM SANG.
The role supports operational readiness through procurement, distribution, inventory control, and maintenance of aviation-related materials.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply-chain processes for aviation materials, including procurement, storage, and distribution.
- Maintain inventory records and conduct audits for supplies, spare parts, and equipment.
- Coordinate aviation procurement and ensure compliance with regulations and budget constraints.
- Develop distribution strategies and coordinate delivery schedules with logistics and transportation teams.
- Implement quality controls for aviation supplies and resolve quality issues.
- Assist with budget planning and identify cost-saving opportunities for aviation supply expenses.
- Perform other duties and assignments as required.
Minimum qualifications
- An associate degree or higher is required due to Saudi visa requirements.
- Candidates must complete Saudi Arabia's Qualification Verification Program for visa processing and employment authorization.
- At least 3 to 4 years of similar aviation supply-chain or logistics experience in a military or government contracting context is required.
- Familiarity with military aviation procurement processes and regulations is required.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience within a military unit is required.
- Strong knowledge of military logistics procedures and regulations is required.
