About the Role

Requirements
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree/diploma in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French (written and verbal)
- Basic exposure to data visualization and analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Excel, SQL, Salesforce, Snowflake, or Python
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills with curiosity for AI/ML concepts and automation platforms
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills

The Opportunity

Required Education
- Individuals currently pursuing an undergraduate degree/diploma in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both English and French (written and verbal), with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts and support clients in both languages.
Preferred Skills
- Basic exposure to data visualization and analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Excel, SQL, Salesforce, Snowflake, or Python.
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills with a natural curiosity for AI/ML concepts and automation platforms.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills; a calming presence when helping clients resolve technical issues under pressure.

Additional Information
- Duration: 12 months
- Work term: Full time (35 hours per week) beginning in September 2026.

Salary Range
- The expected salary range based on the primary location of Laval is CAD 39,000 to CAD 51,187.50.
- Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job related factors.
