Requirements
- University degree in Pharmacy; advanced degree in Life Science and/or MBA is a plus
- At least two years of experience in Market Access
- Deep understanding of healthcare system including processes, governance, access, pricing, and policy strategies
- Excellent customer engagement and management skills
- Experience leading cross functional teams
- Fluent in English and Arabic

The Position
- The Healthcare System Partner (HSP) serves as an empowered leader and local representative of Roche, collaborating with healthcare stakeholders like policymakers, regulators, and payers. The HSP identifies common goals, co creates, and implements solutions within ecosystems, influencing outcomes for
Your Responsibilities
- Collaborate with healthcare system stakeholders to foster innovation and create value.
- Identify, map, engage, and manage various ecosystem stakeholders.
- Serve as trusted primary contact for both stakeholders and Roche.
- Embrace the Visionary, Architect, Coach, Catalyst (VACC) model.
- Leverage local and network resources, collaborating with other HSPs and Patient Journey Partners.
- Analyze individual ecosystems to identify broader trends and patterns.
- Bring external insights into Roche to shape strategy while disseminating Roche's expertise.
Who You Are
- University degree in Pharmacy; advanced degree in Life Science and/or MBA is a plus.
- At least two years of experience in Market Access is a must.
- Deep understanding of healthcare system including processes, governance, access, pricing, and policy strategies.
- Excellent customer engagement and management skills.
- Experience leading cross functional teams.
- Functions as a system thinker and deep listener.
- Strong business acumen with expertise in commercialization and customer experience.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
