The Position

  • Are you ready to shape the future of healthcare capabilities across the Middle East? As our Commercial Capability Development Lead, you will combine strategic vision with operational excellence to establish and scale core commercialization capabilities.
  • Initially operating as a standalone expert with the opportunity to build a team in the future, you will empower our commercial, access, regulatory, and medical teams to deliver life changing innovations to patients.

Your Responsibilities

  • Drive Capability Strategy: Conduct functional and cross functional capability assessments to design strategic learning journeys and build regional capability heat maps.
  • Lead Regional Transformation: Guide and support regional change initiatives and organizational development projects aligned with broader healthcare business goals.
  • Design & Deliver Impactful Learning: Conceptualize and moderate highly engaging workshops and training programs (both in person and virtual) covering scientific, commercial, and behavioral topics.
  • Collaborate Globally & Locally: Partner closely with internal departments and external stakeholders to represent regional development needs and scale existing training across the organization.
  • Build Future Teams: Identify future skill requirements, align regional budgets, and lay the foundational groundwork to recruit, onboard, and coach your future team.

Who You Are

  • You are an entrepreneurial thinker and a collaborative leader who excels at translating operational gaps into structured, modern learning experiences within complex environments.
  • Educational Background & Domain Expertise: A degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Economics, or equivalent practical experience in operational effectiveness and adult learning.
  • Learning & Development Mastery: Proven experience designing curriculums, leveraging blended learning platforms, and applying adult learning pedagogy within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
  • Change Management & Transformation: A successful track record of guiding strategic organizational development, managing change, and navigating classic or agile methodologies.
  • Strategic Communication & Facilitation: Exceptional moderation and relationship building skills, with the ability to influence cross functional stakeholders and resolve conflicts constructively.
  • Leadership Potential: Demonstrated experience or clear potential to effectively hire, onboard, coach, and develop a high performing team in the future.
  • This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.
