- Develop and maintain accurate structural BIM models for buildings and infrastructure projects
- Prepare structural BIM deliverables including plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, and quantity take offs
- Ensure project models comply with client requirements, company standards, and project BIM protocols
- Support structural design teams throughout project development and delivery stages
- Produce coordinated construction documentation directly from BIM models
- Create and update structural BIM models based on engineering calculations, design drawings, and project specifications
- Model reinforced concrete, structural steel, precast, and composite structural systems
- Generate and maintain project documentation, schedules, and reports from BIM models
- Coordinate structural models with Architectural, Civil, MEP, and Infrastructure disciplines
- Participate in model review and coordination meetings
- Assist in identifying and resolving clashes and model interface issues
- Perform self checks and quality reviews of BIM models before submission
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 2–5 years of BIM experience in structural engineering projects
- Experience working on commercial, residential, mixed use, industrial, healthcare, hospitality, or infrastructure projects
- UAE/GCC project experience preferred
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit Structure, AutoCAD, Autodesk Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong understanding of structural engineering and construction methodologies
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities

Position Summary
- iTech Engineering Consultancy is seeking a skilled and motivated BIM Engineer – Structural to join its Digital Engineering team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining structural BIM models, producing project deliverables, and supporting multidisciplinary project coordination for a wide range of building and infrastructure projects.
- The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of structural engineering principles, BIM workflows, and model based project delivery, with hands on experience in Autodesk Revit Structure and related BIM tools.

Qualifications

Technical Skills
- Mandatory Software: Autodesk Revit Structure, AutoCAD, Autodesk Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360, Microsoft Office Suite.
- Preferred Software: Robot Structural Analysis, Tekla Structures, Dynamo, Recap Pro, Advance Steel.
- BIM Knowledge: BIM Modeling and Documentation, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), Clash Detection and Coordination, Common Data Environment (CDE), Level of Development (LOD), ISO 19650 Fundamentals, Quantity Extraction and Scheduling.
