Responsibilities
- Support the Crafts Zone Producer in the planning, coordination, and delivery of the festival zone programme
- Assist in managing project timelines, schedules, trackers, and internal documentation
- Prepare client facing decks, presentations, briefs, reports, and status updates
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling, agendas, and meeting minutes
- Support stakeholder communication across suppliers, vendors, partners, and internal teams
- Assist in onboarding suppliers, ensuring all documentation, contracts, and requirements are completed accurately
- Maintain accurate project records, trackers, and operational documents across all workstreams
- Provide on the ground support during build, delivery, and live event operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in project coordination, event programming, event management, cultural programming, or a similar role
- At least 2 years of Live Events experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work well in a fast paced environment

Overview
- We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Zone Coordinator to support the delivery of a dynamic and immersive festival zone within a large scale festival environment.
- This role sits within the programming team and will work closely with the Crafts Zone Producer to bring to life a vibrant area featuring guest experiences and interactive programming.
- This is a hands on, fast paced role ideal for someone who is detail oriented, highly organized, and passionate about live events, cultural experiences, and creative environments.
