Role Overview
- We are looking for an experienced Conference Producer to join our team on a contract basis in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
- In this role, you will research emerging trends, develop compelling conference content, engage with influential stakeholders, and secure high profile speakers for a leading summit platform.

- Partner with cross functional teams including Marketing, Partnerships, Operations, Production, and Event Technology to deliver exceptional event experiences.
What We're Looking for
- Experience of 4–7 years of producing conferences, summits, or executive level events.
- Strong research, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills.
- Experience working with government entities, international organizations, or large scale events.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage senior executives and industry leaders.
- A proactive and collaborative mindset with a passion for creating impactful content.
