Requirements
- Proven experience as a kart racing coach, racing driver, or driver development professional
- Strong knowledge of competitive karting, including IAME and ROTAX categories
- Familiarity with UAE karting circuits and racing conditions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with young drivers, parents, and team personnel
- Fluent in English
- UAE residency and ability to travel within UAE preferred

About the Role
