INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking a Zoho Developer to design, develop, and optimize Zoho-based business applications. The role involves Deluge scripting, workflow automation, third-party integrations, and collaboration with multiple business functions.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom applications using Zoho Creator, including forms, reports, pages, dashboards, and workflows
- Customize Zoho CRM modules, layouts, fields, validation rules, custom buttons, and user interfaces to meet business requirements
- Develop and maintain Deluge scripts for custom business logic, scheduled functions, and workflow automation
- Build custom functions, views, and integrations utilizing Zoho APIs and third party services
- Develop and implement automated workflows, approval processes, email notifications, and task reminders
- Integrate Zoho applications with external platforms such as Shopify, Slack, Mailchimp, QuickBooks, and other REST API based systems
- Design and maintain bi directional data synchronization between Zoho applications and external databases/platforms
- Monitor and optimize integrations to ensure reliability, performance, and data integrity
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues within existing Zoho applications, workflows, and integrations
- Optimize system performance, user access controls, security settings, roles, profiles, and sharing rules
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all customizations, workflows, and integrations
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and other stakeholders to gather business requirements
Requirements
- Experience with Zoho applications, Deluge scripting, workflow automation, and third party integrations
- Ability to design, develop, and maintain custom applications using Zoho Creator
- Proficiency in customizing Zoho CRM modules, layouts, fields, validation rules, custom buttons, and user interfaces
- Experience with Zoho APIs and third party services for integrations
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills

- Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance business efficiency.
